In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in supporting & collaborating with our Business Development Manager (BDM) in securing new partnerships and projects. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and analytical tasks, supporting the BDM throughout the entire acquisition & pre-operational phase.
Responsibilities:
Support BD interactions with new developers:
- Conduct initial introductory calls and explain company offerings.
- Schedule preliminary meetings with developers.
- Gather project documents (layouts, area statements, etc.)
Assist in project evaluation, analysis & Presentation:
- Collaborate with the strategy team to understand collected data.
- Create strategy deck presentations.
- Create Go to Market Strategy Presentation
- Create presentations for company presentation to new clients
Present sales & marketing strategies to developers:
- Participate in developer meetings oin sales strategy, marketing ideology, and detailed Go to-Market plans.
Reporting and documentation:
- Prepare weekly and monthly accountability reports.
- Create handover reports for Project Managers & ensure smooth project handover before Kick-Off meetings.
Additional responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. o Be flexible in working hours and highly responsible.
- Present a polished appearance and demonstrate strong work ethic.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Statistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Suites (Proficient Microsoft & Excel) (an internship can be considered).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize deadlines.
- Good command of basic math and numbers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
